This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the technical and operational use of AapkaLove, operated by Vasumu Services. By accessing our endpoints, creating accounts, uploading files, or submitting votes, you agree to adhere to these standards.
System & Network Integrity
You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the performance, availability, or security of our infrastructure:
No Automated Exploits
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any endpoint, database, or authentication system without written consent.
No Denial of Service
Do not overload, flood, or execute DoS/DDoS attacks against our web servers, OTP verification endpoints, or payment gateways.
No Bulk Scraping
Do not use automated scrapers, spiders, or harvesters to extract private user data, vote statistics, or media assets in bulk.
No Account Hijacking
Do not attempt credential stuffing, brute force logins, cookie hijacking, or session token tampering.
Media & File Upload Guidelines
When uploading contender images, profile avatars, or text descriptions:
Approved Formats
Uploads must strictly be genuine image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP) within maximum supported file limits (5MB).
Zero Malicious Payloads
Files containing trojans, polyglot scripts, or embedded exploits are strictly prohibited and permanently quarantined.
IP & Ownership
You must possess lawful authorization or fair dealing rights for any photographs or artwork you publish.
