Account Registration & Security
To create polls, save favorites, earn LovePoints, or request reward redemptions, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Poll Creation & User Content
When creating polls or uploading contender imagery:
Content License
You retain ownership of your original text, while granting AapkaLove a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute the poll across our services.
Policy Adherence
You must not post content that violates our Community Guidelines or Acceptable Use Policy.
Content Moderation
AapkaLove reserves the right to remove, unlist, or edit any poll that violates our policies or infringes intellectual property rights.
LovePoints & Virtual Economy
LovePoints (LP) represent virtual credits used within the AapkaLove platform for gamification, poll boosting, and rewards:
Purchased Points
Points purchased with real currency can be used to boost polls or activate features. See our Refund Policy for purchase terms.
Rewarded Points
Points earned through logins, referrals, or voting may be eligible for redemption subject to account age, balance thresholds, and admin verification.
Non-Transferable
Points cannot be transferred between different user accounts or traded on unauthorized secondary markets.
Voting Integrity & Anti-Abuse
AapkaLove employs anti-abuse safeguards and IP verification to maintain fair voting. The use of automated scripts, proxy rotating networks, multiple fake accounts, or click bots to manipulate poll outcomes is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and points forfeiture.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad / Haryana, India.
