Yes! Eligible users with sufficient rewarded points can submit redemption requests via UPI or Bank Transfer from the Rewards Center subject to verification rules and minimum balance thresholds.

Redemption requests are verified by our compliance team and processed within 2 to 5 business days to ensure fair play and prevent fraudulent activity.
